Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability. We accept payments through the methods available at checkout. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 15,000 across Pakistan. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We also deliver internationally to Europe, USA, and UK. International shipping charges and delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy on eligible items. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Custom-made or sale items are not eligible for return.
