Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp at 0325-8727727 or email us at Sale@reeshapk.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Custom-made or stitched to order abayas cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Replacements are subject to stock availability.
